Our trainee program
The Northbridge Career Trainee Program is a six-month intensive program that combines classroom learning and on-the-job training to prepare for a career in the insurance industry. It is geared towards new or recent university graduates, and no prior knowledge of or experience with insurance is required.
The Northbridge head office, which serves as the training site, is in downtown Toronto.
The training program offers a unique blend of classroom learning, on-the-job work experience and field experience. Northbridge offers a unique learning experience utilizing real world experience to provide guidance and mentorship.

Recruiting begins in January of each year with the training program beginning in June.
