Il s\u2019est joint \u00e0 Northbridge en octobre 2003 apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 cinq ans au sein d\u2019une autre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019assurance de dommages, o\u00f9 il avait travaill\u00e9 dans plusieurs secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9. Il a \u00e9galement occup\u00e9 plusieurs postes tout au long de sa carri\u00e8re \u00e0 Northbridge, dont celui de vice-pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9gion de l\u2019Ontario du Service de l\u2019indemnisation. Pendant ce mandat, il a pu acqu\u00e9rir une vaste expertise technique en indemnisation dans de nombreuses cat\u00e9gories d\u2019assurance.<\/p>\n<p>Evan d\u00e9tient un baccalaur\u00e9at sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en psychologie de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 York. Il d\u00e9tient \u00e9galement les titres de Professionnel d\u2019assurance agr\u00e9\u00e9 (PAA) et de Fellow, Professionnel d\u2019assurance agr\u00e9\u00e9
