Paul Gardner

Driven, focused, and committed to helping others succeed, Paul Gardner is Northbridge’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Underwriting and Risk Services.

Paul has worked in the insurance industry since 2006, beginning his career at Lombard General Insurance Company before it was integrated into Northbridge Insurance in 2012. Since then, he’s served as a director and then a vice president on the Commercial Underwriting team.

Now, Paul leads the Corporate Underwriting, Risk Services and Northbridge Insurance Personal Lines teams. In this role, he’s responsible for enhancing underwriting quality, product development and innovation, and customer safety initiatives.

Paul has an Honors degree in Political Science from Western University. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Professionals (FCIP) and holds a Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation.
