Todd MacGillivray is the President of Federated Insurance. He joined Northbridge in 2001 after three years with a leading P&C carrier where he worked in key underwriting positions. Over his career, he has held several leadership roles across the organization, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Transportation and Specialty Risk.

Throughout his career, Todd has led the growth of several specialized business units, including Transportation & Logistics, Specialty Risk, Fronting, and Technical Risk. He is widely respected for his strategic leadership and deep market expertise.

Todd is a Fellow of the Insurance Chartered Insurance Professionals (FCIP) and is a Certified Risk Manager (CRM).
