Northbridge Financial Corporation named one of Insurance Business Canada’s 2025 Top Insurance Employers

Toronto, November 13, 2025 — Northbridge Financial Corporation (NBFC) has once again been recognized as one of Insurance Business Canada’s (IBC) Top Insurance Employers for 2025, marking the seventh consecutive year the company has earned this distinction. The recognition highlights Northbridge’s continued commitment to cultivating an inclusive, people-first culture that empowers employees to grow, collaborate, and thrive.

To identify the top insurance employers, Insurance Business Canada evaluated companies during a two-step process. Participating organizations first shared detailed information about their workplace programs, policies, and initiatives. Employees of nominated organizations then completed an anonymous survey rating their satisfaction across key metrics, including benefits, workplace culture, professional development, compensation, and diversity and inclusion. Companies achieving an average satisfaction score of 75 per cent or higher earned a place on the 2025 list.
